How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
After placing your order, it typically takes 1–3 business days for it to be prepared, dispatched and shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
If your order hasn’t shipped after this timeframe, please reach out to us — we’ll make sure to take care of it right away.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on every order over €75.
On orders under €75, shipping is a flat fee of €5,95.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer international shipping to a wide range of countries. Enter your address at checkout for shipping eligibility.
How long does shipping take?
After dispatch, your order usually arrives within 7–9 business days, possibly taking a bit longer depending on the destination.
Do I need to pay customs or VAT?
No, everything is included in the price, so no worries!
