Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has shipped, you receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details.
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once 1–3 business days have passed since they were placed.
Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping is free on orders over €75. Below that, shipping is a flat fee of €5,95. After dispatch, your order usually arrives within 7–9 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on your location, local postal services or circumstances outside our control.
Duties and taxes
Everything is included in the price, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Delivery issues
We are not liable for delivery issues that occur after a parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier. This includes:
- Delays caused by customs or border inspections.
- Parcels lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.
- Incorrect delivery by the courier when the correct address was provided.
- Weather, natural disasters, strikes or other unforeseen disruptions.
Customer responsibility
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct before you complete your order. Leni Studios is not responsible for non-delivery caused by:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout.
- A missing or invalid phone number for courier contact.
- Not collecting your parcel within the required timeframe.
