Refund policy

You can send an order back within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason or none. This is your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, and nothing on this page limits it.

Cancelling your order

Tell us within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominated) received the last item in the order. An email to lenistudios@outlook.com with your order number is enough; you can also use the withdrawal form. You do not have to give a reason.

After telling us, you have another 14 days to send the items back.

Condition of the items

Handle the items as you would in a shop: you may try something on, but not wear or use it. If the value of an item has dropped because you handled it more than that, we may deduct that loss from your refund.

Return shipping

Return shipping is at your own cost. We will give you the return address when you contact us. Keep your proof of postage until the refund has arrived.

Your refund

We refund the full purchase price plus the standard outbound shipping you paid, within 14 days of receiving your return — or, if sooner, from the moment you show proof that you have sent it. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, at no charge to you. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard one, we refund the standard rate.

Faulty, wrong or missing items

If an item arrives damaged or is not the one you ordered, or if your parcel never arrives, email us with your order number and a photo where there is something to see. We cover the return cost in those cases and send a replacement or a full refund, as you prefer. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods run for two years and are not affected by the 14-day period above.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible: email us with your order number and the size or colour you would like instead.

What cannot be returned

Items that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed, and anything made to your personal specification, cannot be sent back. Nothing in our range is made to order.
