Shipping & Returns

We ship worldwide. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. After dispatch, your order usually arrives within 7–9 business days, possibly a little longer depending on the destination.

Shipping is free on every order over €75. Below that, shipping is a flat fee of €5,95.

Duties and taxes

Everything is included in the price, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Returns and exchanges

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item by emailing lenistudios@outlook.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges are also accepted.

Wrong or missing items

If you receive the wrong product or colour, or your order never arrives because of an error on our side, send us clear photo or video evidence and we will refund you.
